Qualifying metrics (KPIs)

The first stage in the QUALIF methodology takes the shape of work sessions that bring together all the people concerned by the project underway. This is the heart of our process. The information gathered will serve as inputs for the next stage, which is the selection of metrics.

Our experienced experts are skilled at coaching teams through these work sessions, in order to optimize this metric qualification activity and move swiftly to the next stage. Selecting metrics

The goal in this second stage is to opt for quality metrics rather than quantity. The idea is to provide only the information that is essential (KPIs) for making informed decisions and quickly moving to action. These metrics are chosen according to the objectives to be achieved and the roles of the different hierarchical levels. In this way, each person receives only the information that it relevant and useful for carrying out their own duties, without being encumbered by superfluous or inappropriate data.
